Why Have a Buyers Agent?

Buying a home in Montana is the best of both worlds. It's not only a beautiful place to visit or call home it's a sound investment for your future.

It can also be a difficult place to find your perfect space.  With 147,039 square miles of jaw-dropping scenery, endless outdoor activities for every season, and stunning waterfront properties, you're bound to find your piece of heaven.

There are also plenty of Real Estate Agents out there offering their perfect home for you.  However, if they are a listing agent then they are solely legally responsible to look out for the best interest of the seller.  As well they should be right?

 

Not very many people know that there are Seller Agents and Buyer Agents.  As a Buyers Agent I am solely and legally responsible to represent you and your best interests!  Think of it as 2 parties in a legal event, they should both have representation, right?

 

Not only does it costs you nothing to have me represent you (the seller pays my commission), but it has someone on your side, someone looking out for you!

 

And...instead of searching thousands of different listings, websites, magazines, etc...You can tell me what you are looking for and I'll start the search.

 

Although I do have listings as a Sellers Agent, I specialize as a Buyers Agent for clients all across the world looking for their piece of Montana.  Let me start the search for you and yours...
